You can’t put a little flag of Hawaii because it’s not on the emojis as an option like ukraine. Actually none of the American States are on there. Only PuertoRico 🇵🇷 Guam 🇬🇺 , American Samoa 🇦🇸 , US Virgin Islands 🇻🇮. It seems to be only US territories
