I just saw a documentary on YouTube how Estrogen is everywhere (water supply, plastic bottles, bodywash, car interiors, air, soy, etc. ) lol.
There's some good info in it but maybe you guys know more/better info.
Worst offender is flax seed. Like 4 times the estrogenic effect as soy.
