Once upon a time, fake doctors wearing white lab coats spouted fake poll results that said things like '8 out of 10 doctors approve'.....but at least this was accompanied by a legally required disclaimer of truth that scrolled or displayed as small text at the bottom of the screen. The text explained that the doctor wasn't 'really' a doctor but an actor playing a doctor. So we let it go. And so did they. The legal requirement.
Where does the FCC stand on all this? Does the Obama EO allowing lying fakery by the government apply to the media? How does this counter the FCC regulations?
Do they even still exist except as a tax?
Where does the FCC stand on all this trickery in the public forum, influencing elections?
Look, FBI, someone's trying to influence an election by identity fraud and public deception........now's your chance to spring into action. LOL
