The Putin 'did it' theory has political problems. Prigozhin was very popular with the Russian people. If Putin was suspected of being behind this 'assassination', it would undermine the faith the people have in him. Accordingly it follows that Putin's enemies would most likely be behind the sabotage. The CIA has purportedly financed Prigozhin's attempted coup, which I believe was all theater after bilking the CIA of 6-billion dollars. If Prigozhin is indeed dead, my suspicion weighs more on the CIA/NATO intelligence actors than with Putin.
The MSM is blaming it on Putin, so most likely Putin had nothing to do with it.
