Red Shield / Red Cross something about crests being used by the elite scum and the color of red for blood as well?

Pretty wild statement…. Really makes you wonder HOW, WHY, these systems came into place over 1000s of years? I mean some of these people have been dead for hundreds of years, what purpose does it serve them to impede such brutality?
