if bail is set at $200k, he only has to pay 1/10 to get out .... right?

That depends on how the bail is set. If a cash-only bond then the whole amount. The other way would to go through a bondsman but I doubt PDJT would bother with that since he's, like you said, probably got 200K in pocket change.
