Since #45 was, indeed, POTUS, it is appropriate to use the seal with his likeness...regardless of his "past POTUS" status...in addition, since this is the official booking photo, (by the DA I might add)... it is, by proxy, endorsing both the photo and the reference to his POTUS status, be it past or (questionably) present (as in HE WON AND A BAZILLION FAKE BALLOTS WERE COUNTED.

ANYWAY, thanks for the "code"...
