But thats literally the criteria for counting as an impression(view) on X. Its the only thing we really know for sure.

250million people stuck around long enough for the video to start playing.. as to how many actually watched even 10 minutes... who knows. We sure as hell dont. maybe 20% according to other creators based on their own experience with viewership metrics.
