That's pretty badass. The stripes look like old school jail cell bars, like u/tenthousandspoons points out. Trump is behind them. The flag is in the position of distress. Im pretty sure that is the mugshot picture, which is cool they made that mural in only a 24 hour period. I like the effect of the white paint dripping.
