It's a shame these service personnel didn't try to resist by using the reason that they were being given an unlawful command.
They still may have been threatened with being charged and kicked out of the Military but trying the unlawful command route may have bought them more time and the possibility of having the mandate rule legally challenged.
My brother got kicked out of the national guard for about a year. They never discharged him, so about 4 months ago they called him back lol. Proud of that kid for sticking to his guns
People need to have the courage of their convictions and stand up for their health and safety.
Telling an employer "NO", even a Government entity like the Military, might result in good outcome if everyone concerned stood together, with the backing of the law.( I previously mentioned about questioning an unlawful command, it is rarely used and rarely needed to be used, but it can be used when needed in extreme circumstances)
The problem with other Government entities, such as the IRS, State land taxes and such, even if large groups refuse to pay, the entity will impose fines and legal penalties.
That can still be fought against with a class action. It might take a long time and it might be expensive.
With entities like the IRS and such, if politicians can be made to work for their constituents, a better outcome might be achieved. But, I wouldn't hold my breath!
After the Great Awakening goes public, and decent, honest Government is in place, and proper accountability of taxpayers money is being practice, fair taxation should be being levied.

He made a wise choice by sticking to his guns!
He's the type of guy America needs!
If everyone said no we wouldn't be in this situation.
That's the problem. People don't think for themselves.
If they all stood together and said "NO", they would stand a good chance of stopping the Authoritarian Paper Tigers from walking all over them.
Unfortunately some people feel financially threatened and buckle under the threatened pressure.
Then they place themselves and others in a very difficult and dangerous situation.
It's the old,old story, of divide and conquer.
It makes it much harder for the people that choose to stand their ground.
This is why the Bible says it's actual bad to be in debt. Turns you into a slave in bondage.
It's like the IRS, we need to resist paying these exorbitant taxes, but everyone is afraid to be first as they will be penalized severely or jailed.
