Height, (appx), weight (appx), age (appx), weird shoes (0:34), sunglasses, possible scar on right side of his head (0:22), weird lines on back of head (0:28-0:29), can't see left hand ring well enough, white shirt possibly linen/mix (crinkle/crease), jeans nondescript, something in breast pocket, red bag from what local store? (and did he pay with credit/debit card or other electronic?), nearby to whatever street they were on, cell phone make/model/location id and app running on it (0:01-0:04).

I'd start with red bag, trace his purchase i/p. Next the shoes and/or sunglasses. (Could do without the dramatic "Jaws" music, frankly. Makes it feel like contrived/a game). I can't read X comments so don't know what anyone else came up with. That's all I can see that might help to identify him.
