There is an embedded video. Near the very end he talks about "special police" in foreign made vehicles. I think he actually called them "foreign police" in one or two places.

The one notable difference so far is that the Canadian government admits to lighting the fires. And on Maui at least this has not been admitted yet.
All other parts are identical.. right up to the fake journalists all shrieking about climate change on cue while real journalists are getting menaced and threatened by police for having cameras, and trying to capture footage in person or via drones.
