The Florida Election Law Reform Bill SB 7050 limits citizen access to voter data and results, mandates machines and tabulators, outlaws hand counts, negates signature verification and makes it easier for non-US citizens to vote.
Under the Florida Election Law Reform SB 7050 voting machines and Arizona style tabulators are mandated, hand Counts are outlawed and voter ID requirements for Mail in ballots are loosened .
Under the Florida Election Reform Bill SB 7050 official Election Results at the County Board of Elections can only be challenged by........officials of the County Board of Elections.
I don’t have time to pore through it in detail now, but I’m not seeing the items you claim in your comment. I scanned specifically for matters related to non-citizens and, on first glance in my link here, page 10, it lays out a further requirement for identifying non-citizens. That would seem to me to be tightening up the elections, not corrupting them. If I can find time to dig further I can do a better analysis. In the meantime, if you have a working link for supporting the items you claim in your comment, that would be helpful.
In addition to DeSantis repealing the “Resign to Run” law, this is also what passed.
