Sounds like he's saying the chances of three letters being DJT is 1 out of 26 * 26 * 26, since there are three of them and there are 26 letters in the alphabet. So 26 cubed possibilities and DJT is just one out of that number.

26 possibly letters for the first letter * 26 possible letters for the second letter * 26 possible letters for the third letter.
