I dunno, but when I was training to become an EMT, I literally had recruiters show up at my front door. I look out the peep hole, see two people in military uniform and my first thought was holy fuck what did I do lol.

They were trying to recruit me. I told them I wasn't interested, and afterwards I started to get bombarded with text messages from the recruitment office.

This was in 2017.
