If you look at the school calendars orientation was the day of the fires. So maybe this is why the enrollment is off, idk, haven’t gone down the enrollment issue yet, qualified question but still needs more research.
If I was Hawaiian, I wouldn't let my kids anywhere near a public school. Officials don't want to talk to any of the citizens about the fire but they expect them to put their children in their schools?
