I work in local gov in SOFL. I get all the emergency management stuff in my in box. We used to get qualifying data for storms. Info such as atmospheric moisture content, sea surface temps, etc. along with the information for tropical storms. All of the sudden that stopped with this latest storm Idalia. We don’t get that information and are simply supposed to believe that “rapid intensification” is going to occur over the next 24 hours due to the “record high” sea surface temps, which appear to me to be exactly what they were last year. Also, if you look at those sea surface temp anomaly maps, they stopped including any data after 2010, seems weird to leave the last 12-13 years of temp data out, right? Kind of like they are manipulating the numbers?

Yes I remember... back in the day all access and daily activity was limited to work computers and work...that was a no-brainer to get fired on the spot for wasting resources, not doing your job, perversion, and lack of self control.
