adjective INFORMAL•BRITISH very pleased. "I'm dead chuffed to have won"
Kek. Correct, yes fren. Begging your pardon for bringing our slang onto this sacred board. ;)
..and thankQ very much sir. Usually we would wait and watch at home, but I want to soak it up and try and guage the feeling of the audience. Been waiting for so long for it to come out I hope it creates a lot of national talk.
I was about to say.....boys and girls the word of the day is chuffed. ** Who can use it in a sentence?
Kek Amber This guy explains it https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VfEyxNgZmQ0 (Was waiting for a pigeon to fly out from his beard (as they do!))
Please let me/us know how it changes your local area, I am interested.
Will do fren, not that I go out much. I mainly live on here recently ;)
Kek! Yup, different chuff fren. lololol
Daily Word Reference:
"In the UK, chuff is a slang word for the anus. In more recent times, it has come to be a slang word for the vagina (this meaning is now more common).Oct 14, 2021"
I can't stop laughing. Obama was chuffed to stick it to Mike's chuff.
English is such an entertaining language & now I need to go wash my mouth... Fingers... Mind out with soap 🤣
Kek, yes. A funny expression over here when something is tight, "It's tighter than a nun's chuff"
Edit: Forgive me father...
I was wondering about "chuffed" too.

Let's hope it goes down well here, in a similiar way to the US.
