Downtown yes. Not sure what OB is. But overall, compared to what I've seen in LA, San Fran, Portland, Seattle in the past 3 years, SD still looks much better

Ocean Beach. I live there. Don't get me wrong I know it's better than many cities but it's still Zombieland due to failed leftist policies
