If I remember correctly a C 130 payload is around 40,000 lbs
Who said this? The story is just 650 "planeloads." But yeah, I would go big if I need hundreds of flights for this.
Might even call up the C-5M Super Galaxy, with a cargo load of 281,001 pounds
