The FBI wants to double its budget for cataloging “the rapidly increasing number of DNA samples collected by the U.S.”

Makes me think of an X-Files episode where Mulder & Scully find a cavernous sprawling building filled with filing cabinets full of DNA samples. And yep! They find theirs in there too.
