Last winter I nervously watched a "husky" kid playing on my son's basketball team wheezing, changing colors, sweating profusely and clenching his chest during a game.

I'm 99% sure he got the shots since I remember his parents (who have German accents) talking about their trip over here. During that time all international travelers needed the injection to set foot in USA.
