I have the clips of Meghan and John Kasich alluding to it, just can’t find anything on Cindy.

I think there is some confusion, I've never seen anything about Cindy McCain saying this, only Meghan McCain.

Yea that’s why it’s impossible to find I guess. I do remember her being on an interview and then disappearing for a long time before returning looking like a completely different person. I thought it was that interview, but who knows 🤷🏻‍♂️
