How are they going to water all of that beautiful land when they've already demonstrated that they're incapable of managing the abundant fresh water they have. I have no doubt that, left on their own, the leaders in California would starve to death in a fully stocked grocery store.

did not read entire article, BUT since it is land surrounding Travis AFB, I guarantee in a few short years, they petition the us gov to shut Travis down as it is a nuisance to their little community.
