And why I'm so cautious of purchasing so-called "good" supplements/vitamins/alternatives .... in addition to all the fake reviews.... almost hard as digging for truth
This is good, but the main thing to remember is: There are synthetic vitamins, made in a lab, which your body does not recognize as a nutrient. So, this is where you get expensive urine. You pee them out, and obviously obtain no benefit from them. Then, there are a few companies that make their supplements, such as vitamins and herbal concoctions, from real herbs and real food sources that contain the vitamins they are selling. Those are the products that your body recognizes as nutrition, and which uses them as needed. Don't get your vitamins at Walmart or a pharmacy or Dollar General. They won't be helping you. Professionals who deal with nutritional issues have accounts with those few rare companies that actually make useful supplements that are assimilated by the body. So, beware of cheap supplements. You are worth feeding yourself something that actually helps you.
