They are all illegitimate. Every one of them must be created by giving the gov the power to do so.........by AMENDMENT. How many amendments have you seen that give the lizards the power to do that? Ours is not a general government--that does as it pleases. It has enumerated powers that allow them to do certain things, AND NO MORE. The history of the Department of Transportation is quite interesting. It's one of the first fed agencies. Presidents Madison, Monroe, and Jackson each vetoed the creation of such agency for the same reason: there was no enumerated power in the Constitution to create any agency. They let it lie for some years but eventually got their DoT and that was the beginning of the colossal overreach, usurpation, and total dissing of the Constitution. All that happened because the people were not paying attention and knew less and less about how their government was supposed to be run. Now, the people know nothing.
Pretty funny to think that DOT was one of first fed agencies; I guess it was geared toward ships back then because I doubt the horses needed Federal roads :)

It was more canals and such in the beginning. Look what it became.
