I am totally confused by the actions of this INCOMPETENT ADMINISTRATION😵 [including FEMA] saying we have no funds in our coffers for Maui victims, hence we need more money and then blocking the Aid & Supplies donated [which didn't cost FEMA / Tax Payer].

I can only conclude they want the people on the island to suffer MAXIMUM PAIN & DISCOMFORT so they are broken when it is time for the LAND GRAB!
