Hopefully it goes away soon. I'm at the end of the process. Had the interview. If it wasnt for this BS I'd be on a plane by now.

Also hopefully the process doesn't take you 2+ years like for me.DHS is letting in 1,500 "migrants" every day, while ignoring their legal immigranttion backlog.

Non immigration visa are not included. So I think a student or even a work visa might not have the requirement. Not sure if immigration just means a green card application or not.
