There are no consequences for bad behavior. The admin claims a teacher does not have effective “classroom discipline” if the students misbehave. The admin is ALWAYS in charge of the real consequences but rarely administer them. There is no discipline without consequences.They usually try to make friends with them and put them on some ludicrous “rewards” system.

If the admin asks you about your classroom discipline tell they politely that you need control of the consequences.

Give the teacher power to remove a student who is keeping learning from happening.
