Difference between died OF COVID and died WITH COVID

UK were counting WITH COVID as OF COVID in death figures, and we had a guy who fell off a ladder n fatally broke his neck, and cos he had a positive test in previous 28 days he went down as a COVID death.

Same with fatal car accidents etc.

Clown world. Total scam.
