Well, they all take an oath to support and defend the Constitution, but they are never held accountable to that oath.

THAT is what needs to change.

I agree, though, no dual allegiance should be permitted.

If we did that, a lot of (((dual citizens))) in the US Congress would be thrown out and never allowed back in.

I agree with you. The constitution needs to once again be taught in all school and if the person cannot pass a test on that, he/she cannot hold office.
