why can anyone not born in the US hold any high seats in government?

i'm not on X or any other platforms, can anyone put this out there?

The US Constitution outlines the requirements for Administration seats, Senate, and Congress.

The US President is the only one required to have been native born in the USA. This is why Barack Obama's birth certificate is a big deal.
