John Brennan's orchestration. Some reports say there was also another group with orange ski caps and/or arm bands.

So there were Proud Boys, Oath Keepers, Ukrainian Thugs, Orange hat/armband group, FBI & most likely CIA clandestine group. All infiltrators posing as MAGA supporters.
