I worry about the part that says “undermining public confidence”. That sounds like something that could be used to violate first amendment rights. For instance, if they get one conviction on Trump could they say he “undermined public confidence” about elections and use this EO against him? If I were the Obama admin, that’s what I’d be thinking.
