That is why they have been trying to pass laws about your sex marked on legal documents with the whole transgender chaos. If she is actually a he but, marked the sex as she on a shit ton of legal documents, that's fraud isn't it? NOT TRUE data, same as saying your eye color is blue but, it is actually brown, your birthday is 2-11-80 but, you put another day-month-year and so on. ??
