Yup. You can't call yourself a fully grown man if you can't manually turn the faucets of your emotions on command. You take that back pressure and reroute it in to something useful. All of humanity's achievements have been accomplished doing exactly this.

If you're angry about something petty, work harder and hit the gym. If you're sad, think about the things you love and go enjoy them as soon as possible. If you're feeling nervous or anxious, read the Bible. Etc. Bro in the car is still mentally a child.
