The military will monitor the elections with the paper ballots. 2) Biden out, Kamala as acting president while they try to install Michael/Michelle in 2024. 3) Exposing crimes of Bidens (currently), Obama's (on deck), so that Michael/Michelle will not have a chance for 2024 election. 4) WAR; they're pushing US to enter the Ukrainian/Russia war.
If the military does not monitor the election then Dave will be discredited once and for all. I don't think he has any inside information. He's just guessing. It sounds good but if Dave were really accurate this all would have ended years ago.
All that's needed is a few right people at the top. For example, Pacific Command is run by Charlie Flynn. All the pink haired he/shes will have to follow orders...
