HAARP is being used to help protect the earth by amplifying the little shielding we will have in key areas being hit by solar radiation.
to help amplifying its effects, chemtrails containing barium are being sprayed.
They want people to know what's happening and come together as one.
added seed vaults around the world to help rebuild after the cataclysm.

------the bad guys------------

want to use HAARP or another device to simulate aliens or God in the sky during the cataclysmic event, while shielding themselves.
are happy to diminish the health of civilization to weaken them by using the barium in the Chem trails.
vax to cause heart attacks during event reducing the population further.
want to keep people in the dark about the events so they can claim power over them.
will use this to make a one world government
will allow most to die.
