A car can absolutely be a deadly weapon, but in this specific scenario, i agree that this woman and her unborn child didn't need to die. The officer stepped in front of the vehicle, and shot her in the chest as she barely accelerated (maybe idled) toward his direction. Although there may have been a threat to the public if a chase through a crowded parking lot ensued. Kind of a tough one in my opinion. But I'm a mouth breather so
