Anyone with friends in HR who can confirm this:

Those that refused to get the vaccine are the ones with by far the least sick days in the last 2 years

?

I suspect this thing, but i don't have any HR friends i can ask this.

I do. It's true in multiple industries. In my large company they even created new codes for them in the payroll system. They also started to track the suspected fakers.
