Do they openly embrace their normiehood or are they not really aware this term exists for them? I don't do social media besides this page so don't know how it works.

Yes. They think being ‘normal’ is a good thing.
...or they are so stupid that they don't recognize their own ignorance.
This. I have a coworker who is completely inline with the Ukraine war and Zelenskyy idolism. Doesn't doubt the MSM narrative at all. Doesn't think about it.
Yes, this is the average person I know. Do not doubt or question the narrative. Follow the crowd. No critical thinking skills.
Sad...so many trust the MSM to inform and influence them.
That's what I don't know. Whether they wear the normie label as a badge of honor or are oblivious.
I think they're oblivious. They don't use critical thinking at ALL. They are accustomed to doing what they are told and to stay in line. Watch MSM and whatever is said, they do. Normies do not think outside the box. And yes, I believe they feel like they are "normal" but don't call themselves "normies." They think critical thinkers and those who question things are paranoid, conspiracy theorists and "not normal" (bc they are "normal" in their mind)
Thanks. Makes sense. Probably hear the term normie and think it applies to the next guy.
Probably both or a mixture of both...
These people ARE stupid.
I think it is a question of character.
