I just watched something about how all peanut butter contains aflatoxin, a potent carcinogen. Most kids eat PB and J every day. Throw out the PB and keep more kids from getting the turbo cancers!!
Aflatoxin comes from moldy peanuts. You will not get that from peanut butter unless you are eating it years after the expiration date.
It’s a problem when you grow your own peanuts and don’t know to remove the moldy ones or store the good ones unprocessed for months before eating.
Now, I’m worried. I have peanut butter twice a week.
