New Mexico’s Democrat Attorney General said he will not defend Democrat Governor Michelle Lujan Grisham against lawsuits filed in response to her unconstitutional gun grab.

If no one has died directly from the gun ban, it would be hard to argue for a death sentence.

Now, if they add RICO and go after the whole organization, that could go places.
