New Mexico’s Democrat Attorney General said he will not defend Democrat Governor Michelle Lujan Grisham against lawsuits filed in response to her unconstitutional gun grab.

If she is sued in her official capacity, the AG is supposed to defend her.

If she is sued in her personal capacity (because illegal acts are outside the scope of her employment), the AG should not use public funds to defend a private citizen.
