For Bill, it is because he can barely contain himself...when he expected people to go out and get a jab within the next 15 minutes, it was a direct order that he felt should be followed. We laughed. Mere hours into covid, he was already throwing temper tantrums on the couch, some were not showing the proper fear level and projecting compliance for his liking.
