Judge issues order against New Mexico's gun-carry ban

A federal judge has issued a temporary restraining order against New Mexico Michelle Grisham's executive order banning the carry of any guns in Albuquerque and Bernalillo County.

In the recent ruling from SCOTUS. One sentence wiped out all existing gun laws. They can only apply the restrictions they had when the Constitution was signed. There were zero restrictions.
