The ultimate crime prevention tactic? Arm everyone. Think about it. If every person was armed, who would have the courage to initiate an attack? No unprotected sheep? Nothing but wolves? Isn't that the basic premise of every Western TV show from the 50's and 60's?

So I have an idea- everyone that wants to open carry is automatically deputized. I’ll go ahead and accept that award for ‘best idea of the year’ now. Thanks.
