Okay this is interesting:

From her own site: Final Decisions in Investigations of Dr. Gwen Korovin in Joan Rivers Treatment it states

"In July, 2016 both OPMC and Livanta rendered decisions that totally absolve Dr. Korovin of any wrongdoing in the medical care and treatment of her patient."

OPMC seems to have it's own corruption issues, but more interesting is who controls the program.

"The OPMC's hierarchical structure is such that the program falls under the control of the Commissioner of Health, currently Howard A. Zucker"

Who is Howard A. Zucker ?

"He was appointed to the position by Governor Andrew Cuomo in 2015" and "Afterwards, he served as the assistant Director-General of the World Health Organization."
