Kids these days aren't being taught how to write in cursive, count change/money, how to tell time or how to use a phone that is not a cell phone. Thankfully I made sure mine all did (my kids are grown though, so different time). My son's step kids (elementary school age) aren't being taught in school how to write in cursive, I told him they will have to teach them at home then.
