Cathy McMorris Rodgers - "We have uncovered that @SecBecerra failed to follow the Constitution and the law to reappoint top NIH officials when their terms expired in December 2021.

As a result, 14 NIH officials held unlawful positions and exercised authority they didn’t have."

Biden's entire cabinet is unlawful, none of them took the oath of office and so anything they have done or said has been unlawful, including Biden's own coronation.

His cabinet are terrified to take the oath of office for fear of prosecution of treason.

The last 3 years have been a farce, literally a show performed by unlawful actors.
